Life Consultancy - You don't need fixed. You need space to feel. You don't need changed. Your true self, that beautiful peaceful dynamic self, has been there all along. It just got covered up with pain. I will help you recognize your triggers (really big emotions) that are really just useful messengers trying to tell you about an unmet need or pain. Together, we will learn how to pause all blame and start listening to what those triggers are trying to tell you about your past, your childhood, where you received the coding. This is not about behavior, blame or boundaries. This is about getting to the root of the pain, leaving space for you to feel it, see it, get curious about it, and even bring compassion to it. The result is a day-to-day life full of less triggers and more true self play. The child that went into hiding a long time ago and carries the blueprint for your original design gets to come out of hiding, be seen and safe and lead the charge on how to play. My hope is to give you tools that empower you, not make you dependent on me.
